Project Control is a project management consultancy, offering a single point of contact and a single point of responsibility for each step of a project through feasibility, design management, town planning, procurement, construction and fit out.

 

Project Control also provides discrete specialised services, depending on client requirements, including risk management, property inspections, independent client representation, financial management, value engineering, construction management and a full property development service.

 

We operate in all sectors of the property and construction industry with experience in high end residential, warehousing and distribution, office, retail, hotels, data storage facilities, community, education, government and film sets.

Based in Auckland, we operate all over New Zealand or anywhere else in the world that suits our clients needs.

 

Our point of difference is in the depth and breadth of our experience as demonstrated by our track record of successfully completed projects and the personal references of our clients. Project Control’s principal, Joe Holden, has over 20 years of hands on commercial construction and consulting project management experience.

 

We bring to the table a no nonsense approach to project management: action not words. Our approach is to keep it simple, to take ownership, and to provide clients with a single point of contact for all queries relating to their project.

 

We follow a defined process; however it’s not our way to be passive in the delivery of a project, we get results. We have high expectations of the team we manage and we give them tools to ensure these expectations are met. We face issues head on, we solve them, we move on. Project delivered.
