Project Control carry out a wide range of inspections including pre purchase reports, dilapidation reports, inspection and mitigation of non compliant building works, long term maintenance reports or any other type of inspection a client requires.
We can also cost any remedial or refurbishment works and organise suitable contractors to carry out the work. If work has been carried out on a property without consent we have experience in closing out these issues with council.
