Independent Client Representation
This is a high level service where Project Control will act as a double check for the client to monitor and report on specific areas of a project most often for large organisations that require independent reporting for Boards of Directors.
On complex projects we may be engaged to coordinate a clients specific needs that although driven by a project may not be part of the project. This service may include keeping full financial overview and cross checking of claims.
On a design and build project it may include checking the contractors design against the client brief and approving drawings as ready for construction.
There are many reasons for a client to require their own representative on a project and we are able to providing a tailored service to suit these needs.
